SKILLS CREATE OPPORTUNITIES

How do we prepare young people for the professions of the future? This was one of the main topics of the conference „People and Education in the Face of the Future Labour Market”, which took place on 05.11.2026 at the Space Technology Park - Lubuskie PTK. 

Participants discussed the impact of artificial intelligence on the labour market, the competences of the future and cooperation between schools and employers. It was emphasised that, alongside professional knowledge, independence, the ability to cooperate and a readiness for continuous learning are becoming increasingly important.
