MAGDALENA HILSZER ON "STREFA GOSPODARKI"

Investment results, cooperation with local governments and businesses, and the development of international contacts were the main topics of the October edition of „Strefa Gospodarki”. In a three-part interview with Agnieszka Moskaluk, Magdalena Hilszer, Vice President of K-S SSE S.A., talked about the Zone's activities and its plans for the coming months.

The conversation covered, among other things, the interest shown in the Zone's sites by Polish and foreign investors. The results cited — 58 decisions issued, over PLN 2.5 billion in investment outlays and 370 new jobs — indicate that 2026 is shaping up to be a record year for K-S SSE S.A.

An important theme was cooperation between investors, the Zone and local governments. One example is the Hanwha WB Advanced System plant under construction in Gorzów Wielkopolski, connected with national defence and security. Magdalena Hilszer also spoke about the exchange of knowledge and about presenting the opportunities offered by the Polish Investment Zone to businesses and local government representatives through the projects „Strefujemy Samorządy” and „O Biznesie przy kawie”.

The interview also addressed international cooperation, including the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between K-S SSE and the National High-Tech Industry Development Zone in Haikou, China. The conversation covered the importance of China as a technological and economic partner, as well as regional events that serve to exchange experience and build business contacts, such as Kongres Lubuskie 2026 and the upcoming Gorzów Economic Congress.

The conversation was rounded off by an announcement of the 30th anniversary of K-S SSE S.A. Its central event will be a gala planned for 23 September 2027 at the Gorzów Philharmonic.
