K-S SSE S.A. IN DIALOGUE WITH BRITISH BUSINESS

On 4 September in Wrocław, Magdalena Hilszer, Vice-President of the Management Board of the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone S.A., took part in an intimate business breakfast with H.E. Dame Melinda Simmons DCMG, British Ambassador to Poland. Representatives of the Legnica Special Economic Zone also attended the meeting.

The meeting, organised by the British Polish Chamber of Commerce (BPCC), brought together representatives of selected companies and institutions from Western Poland. The closed nature of the event created space for a direct conversation about economic cooperation, the conditions for doing business in Poland and the opportunities for developing British investments in our region.

During the discussion, Magdalena Hilszer presented the offer of K-S SSE S.A. for investors from the United Kingdom, pointing, among other things, to the potential of the investment sites, the available support instruments and the strengths of Western Poland as a location for manufacturing and nearshoring projects.

The conversation was also an opportunity to show what distinguishes K-S SSE S.A. from other Polish economic zones and why the area of our operations can be an attractive destination for British entrepreneurs planning to expand in the European Union.

 The meeting with the Ambassador forms part of the cooperation with the British-Polish Chamber of Commerce that K-S SSE S.A. has been developing and of our efforts to build direct relationships with international business. An important role in developing this cooperation is played by Paulina Kalisz-Friedrich of the British-Polish Chamber of Commerce, who is the initiator and actively supports the building of relations between K-S SSE S.A. and the British business community.
