On 3 June 2026, Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone S.A., represented by the Management Board consisting of: Tomasz Pisarek – President of the Management Board, Magdalena Hilszer – Vice-President of the Management Board and Antoni Sołtys – Member of the Management Board, transferred the ownership of a property with an area of 116.3578 ha, located at ul. Mironicka in Gorzów Wielkopolski, to Hanwha WB Advanced Systems Sp. z o.o., represented by Rafał Kreduszyński – Member of the Management Board for Operations and Paweł Ogryczak – Member of the Management Board for Finance.
We are pleased to announce the completion of another key stage of the investment process, which began in the second half of 2024. Information on the location of the project in Gorzów Wielkopolski was made public by the Ministry of National Defence on 29 December 2025. In March 2026, the Mayor of the City of Gorzów Wielkopolski issued to K-S SSE S.A. a final building permit for an armaments factory.
The notarial deed signed today enables the implementation of further, carefully planned actions, including the immediate transfer of the building permit, together with all connection conditions, to the investor.
Hanwha WB Advanced Systems Sp. z o.o. is a Polish-Korean joint venture company responsible for the production of CGR-080 guided missiles for HOMAR-K multiple rocket launchers – a Polonised version of the K239 Chunmoo system – used by the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland. The company was established by Hanwha Aerospace and WB Electronics.
This is the first project of its kind carried out within the Polish Investment Zone on a greenfield site, involving the construction of comprehensive production infrastructure consisting of several dozen industrial facilities.
We thank all the individuals and institutions involved in the implementation of this investment, which is strategic for the region and for national security.
