Strefa Gospodarki – interview with the President of the Management Board of K-S SSE S.A., Tomasz Pisarek

We invite you to watch the March edition of the magazine "Strefa Gospodarki", in which the guest of editor Agnieszka Moskaluk was the President of the Management Board of K-S SSE S.A., Tomasz Pisarek.

The first part of the conversation was devoted, among other things, to a very good start to 2026. The first quarter alone brought high investment activity – both in terms of the number of support decisions issued and the value of declared expenditure.

The interview also covered a new ministerial programme under which special economic zones across Poland will carry out information activities explaining the rules of investing in the Polish Investment Zone.

The second part of the conversation concerned the geopolitical situation in the world and its impact on investment decisions. In this context, the conference „Investment Zone for Defence and Dual Use” was also discussed. It took place on 17 March 2026 in Poznań and attracted great interest, responding to the real needs of entrepreneurs interested in growth in the defence sector.

The topic of building a factory for missiles for the Homar-K launcher in Gorzów Wielkopolski was also covered – one of the key investments strengthening the region's industrial potential.

The third part of the conversation was devoted to a large investment being carried out in Gorzów Wielkopolski under the PPP model. It explained what a public-private partnership is and what this model of cooperation involves, combining the potential of local government units and entrepreneurs. It was stressed that projects of this kind represent a real opportunity for local government units, enabling ambitious investments to be carried out while drawing on the experience and capital of the private sector.

The conversation also drew attention to the importance of good and effective cooperation between local government and business, which can bring tangible benefits for the development of the local economy.
