Strefa Gospodarki, December 2025 - interview with Andrzej Kail, Director of Marketing and Promotion at K-S SSE S.A.

The interview summarises the most important activities of the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone S.A. in 2025. The conversation covered, among other things, the number of support decisions issued, jobs retained, the value of completed investments and the impact of the Zone's activities on the region's economic development. In the Lubuskie Voivodeship, the companies Recaro and VELVET WEST Sp. z o.o. were cited as examples of large investment projects.

Andrzej Kail, Director of the Marketing and Promotion Department at K-S SSE S.A., also discusses the key challenges of 2025, including activities aimed at presenting the Zone's offer to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. One of the main tools was the project „O biznesie przy kawie” (“Talking Business over Coffee”) – a series of 21 meetings organised in municipalities, which brought together more than 700 participants in total.

The conversation also addressed supporting entrepreneurship among young people through the „Mój pierwszy biznes” (“My First Business”) competition, and its extension to students was announced. The final part of the interview is devoted to the outlook for 2026, planned changes in the functioning of special economic zones and potential directions for investment development, including in the defence industry.
