A strategic investment in the KSSSE area!

In the presence of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defence Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, Secretary of State at the Ministry of National Defence Paweł Bejda, and representatives of the government and the Ministry of National Defence of the Republic of Korea, an agreement was concluded that will enable the construction of a factory producing precision CGR 080 missiles for Homar-K systems. This is the first time in history that such advanced ammunition will be produced in Poland.

And how did it all begin?
In the second half of 2024, Grupa WB - one of the largest private companies in Poland operating in the defence sector - approached the Management Board of the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone with a request for an offer of investment sites for its latest armaments project. We were not the only Special Economic Zone under consideration at the time, but our offer proved to be the best.  We competed with many cities in Poland, but it was the location in Gorzów Wielkopolski that, through our efforts, was deemed optimal.

On a property of more than one hundred hectares, a Polish-Korean factory will be built producing various types of missiles for the Homar-K multiple launch rocket systems. This is precision-strike weaponry which, as experts emphasise, elevates Polish rocket artillery to the world's top tier. Delivery dates from the Gorzów plant are planned from 2030.

Thousands of kilometres travelled, hundreds of conversations and meetings, and over a dozen months of intensive work by many teams: from the zone, local government and central government. Today we are celebrating, and we are ending 2025 in a wonderful way.

A strategic investment for Poland and Europe will be carried out in the Lubuskie Voivodeship, in an area managed by KSSSE! - emphasises Tomasz Pisarek, President of the Management Board of KSSSE.
At the ceremony in Warsaw, the KSSSE Management Board was represented by Magdalena Hilszer - Vice-President of the Management Board and Antoni Sołtys - Member of the Management Board.

Further stages of the investment process lie ahead of us, and there is still a long road to travel. We will share the details soon — in the new year 2026, which is fast approaching!

We wish you a year as spectacular as the passing 2025 has been for KSSSE!
