- Fulfilment of the conditions arising from the support decision – in particular the obligation to complete the investment by a specified deadline and the obligation to create new jobs and maintain employment.
- Allocation of income to exempt and taxable activities – division of income into exempt and taxable in the case of two plants (discussion of a practical example of applying the transfer pricing methodology).
- Additional incentives available to entrepreneurs operating under a support decision and the obligation regarding the domestic minimum tax.
