Polish Investment Zone

A system for supporting entrepreneurship in Poland

Operations

Since 1997, the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone has successfully supported and serviced both domestic and foreign investors.

New factories are being established, thousands of new jobs are created, and the value of investments continues to grow. The Kostrzyn-Słubice SEZ is the fastest-growing special economic zone in Poland, both financially and territorially.

We are one of the largest zones in Poland.

We offer a wide selection of sites fully prepared for immediate investment. We provide tax reliefs and preferences legally guaranteed by the Polish government and parliament. Tax exemptions available in the Kostrzyn-Słubice Special Economic Zone constitute the largest financial incentive currently available in Poland.

Inwestora wspiera rząd RP i samorządy lokalne, będący głównymi akcjonariuszami Kostrzyńsko – Słubickiej Specjalnej Strefy Ekonomicznej S.A. Dzięki temu inwestycje realizowane są w komfortowych dla inwestora warunkach, a sprawność działania spółki zarządzającej Strefą znacznie ułatwia firmom rozpoczęcie i prowadzenie działalności gospodarczej w Polsce.
